As we contemplated downsizing from our large two-story home to one more suitable for our retirement years, we came across one that "checked all of the boxes". It was about the size we were looking for, it featured a single story and, most important, it was located in very close proximity to our children and grandchildren. While our former home was somewhat remote, the one we found was in walking distance from public transportation, commerce, and entertainment. The listing agents were Jason and Brianna Lorge of Mr. & Mrs. La Verne Real Estate. Jason and Briana were so helpful and accommodating to our needs that as we made an offer on the new home, we decided to use them as listing agents for our old one. We have certainly not regretted that decision. While the process of purchasing and selling homes is never an easy one to navigate, the Lorge's were there every step of the way with the answers to all of our questions, and sage advice gleaned, as we learned, from their many years as real estate agents in the La Verne area. We are now comfortably settled in our new "forever" home, and with escrow closed on our old one any concerns we may have harbored have been completely alleviated. Would we recommend Mr. & Mrs. La Verne Real Estate to our families, friends and neighbors? Absolutely, and without hesitation.

Amazing, both Jason and Briana are amazing, love their professionalism, sensitivity and communication updates. Already sold my parent's home in 3 days well over asking, thanks to the beautiful staging by Briana. We are currently working on a second property. They are the best of the best!!!

Jason and Briana are most professional, experienced, and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents I have had the pleasure to work with. Their ideas for improvements to the property were all spot on. Not only where their recommendations incorporated they had the contractors who could implement those ideas. Jason and Briana's communication with me was impeccable. I was always aware of the properties status. Most endearing to me was how they care about you. I was not just a client but a friend. We sold the property in three days. Jason and Briana are a great team and they sold my home in Azusa to a solid buyer for a fair price. They suggested minor upgrades to the property -- new flooring, carpeting and touch-ups -- and Briana was a master at staging. When I visited the house after it was ready to sell, I was so impressed that I wanted to keep it. In fact, I might have if not for the high interest rate on my new home. At the request of the buyer, we did an accelerated escrow and the process was painless, I imagine for both sides. The team came highly recommended by a friend, whose home they also sold quickly with no hitches. I highly recommend them.
