After 45 minutes on the phone with the first realtor we called we felt nervous, anxious and worried.  How would we be able to coordinate selling our condo and buying a new home at the same time?  It all seemed so daunting and overwhelming.Quickly we realized we needed a second opinion.  After a phone call with Jason and Briana we felt safe, taken care of and we were even excited~!Jason and Briana took care of us every step of the way.  They made sure we understood the process and helped us get the condo ready to sell.  They took us to look at countless houses, even in the rain.  They gave us great advice on putting an offer down on a house in the PERFECT neighborhood. Once they accepted our offer Jason and Briana made sure we got the right inspections and made sure the house was worth what we were offering.  After move in we had one small issue that they helped us get a contractor over to help with right away.  They have the best team and if we ever decide to go on the wild ride of buying a house again, we will definitely be calling them.

Jason and Brianna were just incredible and such a blessing!! They helped me sell a house that had been in my family for 100 years which was very emotional. They walked me through it all with such caring and kindness and it made it ALOT easier for me. They go out of their way and they don’t miss a thing!! They were available and there for me through the whole process. Brianna’s gift in staging a home is just incredible. I felt like my home should be in a magazine it looked so beautiful!! They were amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home. Such a great experience!!!

Jason and Briana Lorge are amazing real estate agents! they helped us sell our house in San Dimas within a month and got us the best deal, their negotiation skills are simply great! They were super nice and supportive throughout the whole process, gave us valuable advice and had great ideas. They staged our house very nicely, took great professional photos and coordinated everything perfectly. They were very patient and accommodating, always ready to help with anything, going out of their way, they even took the oversized trash for us and offered more help. They are very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area and sold many houses, They are very professional yet super friendly and nice to talk to. They would respond immediately to any questions we had and they would explain everything in detail to us.
