Jason and Briana were the perfect real estate team to sell our La Verne house and purchase our new home in San Juan Capistrano. Briana quickly staged our house and it sold in the first week of showing. She did a beautiful job and we were very happy with the results. Jason gave use great advise and counsel on both our sale and purchase, saved us money, was easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions. His recommendations for services we needed, ie painting, movers, etc., were great. Briana and Jason had a real willingness to jump in and help with us when needed. We could not have done this without them and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs the same. We now think of Jason and Briana as friends !

Jason and Briana Lorge are hands down the best team and choice for handling the recent sale of my Moms home. They made what I thought was going to be a very tough process so smooth and effortless. Not only did they do all the expected things a relator does but went over and above doing so many little things that assisted with the sale. They always answered any text or calls promptly, had great tradesmen that assisted with minor repair details, looked after the property throughout the process to ensure the house was kept in prime selling condition both inside and out. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care throughout the entire process. If you want an honest, hardworking, personable helpful and communicative team I HIGHLY recommend Team Lorge.

It was a pleasure working with Jason & Briana. I felt very comfortable with them and welcomed all the advice they gave me. They helped me every step of the way in preparing my house for sale. They were very attentive to detail and you can tell they really cared. Briana helped me stage my house beautifully and the pictures were amazing! Also the brochures of house were high quality. Jason communicated very well with me and was always quick to respond if I had a question. They both made the home selling process enjoyable. I also had Jason help me with buying a house too. It was a great decision because he was able to coordinate both sides to move right into my new house. The whole team Lorge was amazing. I highly recommend working with them.

If your reading this it means you are interested in letting Jason and Briana Help buy or sell your house. Stop here because the looking is over. I can tell you that if you choose to go with Briana and Jason you will be happy with your choice and will be so amazed on how at ease you are with selling or buying a home. The professionalism is amazing but they also make you feel like it is a total team effort throughout the process. The communication especially was the “it” factor for us as they were very detailed, very patience and truly very Honest throughout our experience As they helped sell our condo and helped buy our dream house. Beyond, Jason and Briana being the best real estate agents out there we are truly blessed to have met them and when they say “they are a phone call away” For any and questions and concerns They do truly mean that. I highly recommend Jason and Brianna, they have been nothing less than amazing. Words cannot express how great our experience has been with them. We just made our first home purchase with them and the buying process was very daunting, as we had every kind of difficulty imaginable thrown at us. But to say they handled it with class and ease is an understatement. I can truly say they went above and beyond for us in buying our home. They actually care about you as a person and not just a way for their financial gain as we have experienced with other realtors. If it were not for them I do not believe our wishes would have come true of getting our dream home. They treated us like family and were patient, caring and listened to what we wanted. I can say 100% that they are doing this for the joy of finding people their dream house and making their clients happy. We actually met them 5 years ago while they were showing a rental property and were greeted by genuine caring people. We did not end up renting the home they were showing but asked them to represent us in another property we were interested in. They got us that rental and for 100 dollars cheaper without us even asking! The fact that they would do so much for a rental and not a home purchase says it all. With team Lorge you feel secure in knowing that making the client happy is where they focus their importance. Through the years they kept in touch with us, and during covid they again went above and beyond to ensure our family was doing well. They also showed us homes in between this time, and although it took so long for us to settle on the home we wanted they were so kind. They never showed any frustration, and were so patient with us. They never rushed us to pick something they had in mind but showed us homes that we loved never pushing us into just any home. It is rare to find people like this. You can rest assured that with Team Lorge they protect their clients best interest with and do every task with honesty. I cannot say enough about them.
