Michel helped with selling the family home, and I expresed my outlook/desire on listing the property. He listened and understood where I was coming from, but also gave me current facts about the market. Through this whole ordeal, I had to "trust the expert, trust the process”. As it turned out, Michel's instincts were spot-on about the market, and his strategizing garnered multiple offers in a week, resulting in an offer that was beyond expectations. Plus, he and his team made the sale transaction seamless throughout. I would not hesitate to work with Michel again, and/or recommend him to all my friends.
