Michel did an outstanding job helping me purchase a very specific home I had my heart set on in San Diego. He expertly navigated a complex contingency sale—negotiating the terms, extending the contingency when needed, and staying in constant communication with the seller’s agent to ensure I didn’t lose the home, even after the contingency technically expired. He negotiated the price down to a level that worked for me, kept me updated every step of the way, toured me around the area when I visited, and even provided invaluable guidance on selling my out-of-town property.
