Dale was recommended to me by a neighbor who used his services to sell their home. Dale did a great job selling my home and went all out to make sure my house sold and I got the best possible deal. He was knowledgeable and patient and made sure that I understood everything that was happening. His experience clearly shows in his professionalism and diligence. He is able to analyze current local market conditions and adjust the sales approach to suite the specific needs of the property he is working with. I would gladly work with Dale again and he will be the first person I recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was nice to work with someone that could explain things to me in a way I understood, as I have no knowledge of real estate and was entering this process blindly. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

I was lucky the day I called the realty company Blindly.I got Dale!! I lost my husband and was familiar with dagsboro(have a trailor here).Dale was by my side every step of the way.Even helping alot to sell my house in balto. He was not my agent in Balto. but he came to balto. And assisted me with repairs etc. He had the patience of a saint with me, kind ,supportive showed me what was good in the houses and bad.We looked at a lot of houses!! I feel i have made a friend for life and HIGHLY recommend him. He still checks on me!! THANK YOU!!!

Dale is a great real-estate agent to work with! Moving from New Jersey to Delaware, Dale helped me every step of the way. His knowledge of home construction, home builders, and neighborhoods was valuable. Dale is unlike other real-estate agents that I have worked with, in the sense that he actually cares about your home-buying experience, and that you don't get yourself into a house that you really can't afford. Dale took a personal interest in helping me to find the right home, and he always made himself available. He assisted with virtual home tours, in-person home tours, negotiations, and navigating tricky HOA contracts. I honestly felt that there was nothing that Dale didn't have background knowledge in, and if he didn't have the answer to a question, he worked relentlessly until he had the answer for me. Dale is a family man, and makes you feel like you are a part of his family. I would highly recommend Dale to help you buy or sell your home.

Have you ever had an agent treat you like family? Well that’s how he made us feel. I was able to find my dream home big enough to accommodate all my needs. He was always a phone call away continue to be great and amazing!!! Five stars isn’t enough.
