Dale’s performance selling my house was nothing less than outstanding. From day one, Dale recommended the listing price and what improvements should and should not be made to the house. Throughout the process, Dale maintained communication, informing me of every step through to settlement. He created bids between buyers and negotiated a final price well above ask.
