Dale is a very personable realtor who responded quickly to any of my calls or questions. He was very knowledgeable with the real estate market and the laws. He looked out for my husband and I and kept us up to date on our new build, especially since we lived out of state. Dale did an outstanding job selling our house. He helped us every step of the way, getting our house in shape for 2 open houses and for private showings. We had to move out of state before our sale was completed and he was able to handle all the details long distance for us. We highly recommend him.
