I worked with Brenden and Colin on my first purchase on my home. They were low pressure and allowed us to figure out what we wanted. But once we found the place we liked, they went fast to get it and we won the offer. I appreciate they knew a lot about home inspections, and had a lot of data on comparable homes. I would highly recommend them.

Colin made our first-time home buying process a breeze, even though we were living out of state! Colin was available around the clock to answer any of our questions and to address any of our concerns. Colin came prepared for the home showings, helped communicate between all parties, was on top of deadlines and was organized throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend working with Colin and Team Covington, and would work with them again!

We feel very lucky to have accidentally connected with Colin on Zillow and are so glad that we took the chance to work with a complete stranger. We were moving out to the Seattle area and were very unfamiliar with the area, had very specific requirements, and honestly were asking for a lot in this very competitive housing market. Colin and his teammates (Brenden and Curtis) took us to see at least 20 houses (if not 30 - I lost track!), wrote and negotiated several offers, and always did so in an extremely timely manner knowing how quickly good properties go out here. They were all so pleasant to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better team. The agent we had initially started working with out here was pressuring us to purchase, downplaying issues that we had with certain properties, and pushing us to increase our budget - Colin and team did none of that and we REALLY appreciated it and so glad we switched to working with them. Would 100% recommend Colin to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Seattle area.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeful on what types of properties we would like to see. We ended up purchasing a house that Brenden suggested (even after seeing dozens of houses which me and my partner had thought we wanted to end up in). Highly recommend!!
