He was always available to answer questions and was always one step ahead of communicating where we were in the process. Colin was exceptional to work with when selling our house! I really could not have asked for a better partner in such a big transition in our lives. Not only did he help us mentally prepare for the sale, process all the necessary paper work quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond in helping us prep our house. He even went so far as to fix a cabinet in our kitchen as he thought it would stand out to buyers...something I've been meaning to do for years. He hosted multiple open houses, worked with us on pricing strategy, and when we had offers on the table was able to maximize our return. Thank you Colin!!

Although my house closed several years back, Colin continues to be a resource for me and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. My house closed back in 2023, but Colin and I started working over a year before that, looking to buy my first home, and he guided me through the process. I cannot recommend calling enough; he's professional, courteous, and continues to be a great resource for me!

Colin was fantastic, I can't say enough good things about my homebuying experience. He took the time from day one to really listen to me and developed a pretty intuitive feel for what I was looking for. His flexibility was beyond impressive. Any time I wanted to check out houses, he made himself available. Extremely responsive and professional. First time home buyer and he took time to walk me through the process in a detailed way that made me feel really comfortable including going through an entire mock offer just to familiarize me with the paperwork and process. He knows the local area really well and that's beyond a superficial level, he knew random neighborhoods and could give me info I don't think the average real estate agent would have. He negotiated well for me and I came out of it very happy with the final purchase. On top of that, he's a genuinely nice guy and an absolute pleasure to be around. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
