Crystal and Peter were an amazing team to work with on my home sale in 2023. They provided superior customer service and personalized recommendations that helped me to sell during a time when fire insurance challenges were at a peak. They were also vital in resolving a buyer issue that almost resulted in the sale being canceled. I truly can't speak more highly of this team. I admit that I have pretty high standards in general and yet they blew me away with their support. This review is long overdue, but when I realized that I had never submitted it (even 1.5 years later), I knew I had to tell everyone what a fantastic team this is. Seriously, you can't do better.

Working with Crystal and Peter was an easy and amazing experience. They are very knowledgeable and made the home selling process smooth and easy! They handled all the details and are the best!

Crystal Is an amazing agent. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. I bought my first house un 2018 and she helped me sell that house and buy a second home in 2022. As long as she is an agent she will be my agent!!!! Absolutely lover her.

Crystal was assigned to me through my company's relocation services. This made me a bit nervous at first but after the first call with Crystal, I knew she was going to be amazing to work with. My home purchase is contingent on me getting a security clearance reissued but that didn't stop Crystal from jumping right in. She set up a purchase and rental search that were just what we wanted. Then she agreed to meet with my wife and I on a Sunday afternoon to show us a few houses and talk about the communities. Then, about a month later when I was in LA for another reason, she took time once again to show us some existing and new construction homes (and she even created a bound book of everything we planned to see). However, as we were just driving around, we drove past a model home from KB. Crystal recommended that we go in based on her knowledge of this builder and so we did. It turns out that they are preparing to sell a beautiful model and Crystal talked me through the process to make me comfortable enough to put hold money on this amazing property. I could not ask for a more personable or professional realtor. My brother was with me on the second trip and he too was very impressed and will probably use Crystal to sell his home in the area (if he pulls the trigger on the sale). In summary, I can't think of anything that is not a 10 out of 10 associated with Crystal. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her as we go down this home purchase journey!

Crystal and Pete are amazing. They will do everything and anything to get you info and get you in your home! We love them. The effort they put into finding us our house was amazing!
