The foundation of her area knowledge, crucial for any real estate broker, reaches back six generations, and includes her highly esteemed grandfather, John Olsen, who developed a large portion of Hillsboro. “As a child, I remember going out with him scouting different properties in Tanasbourne. I think real estate must be in my blood – it’s my dream career.” A great listener, fierce negotiator, and successful broker, Courtney loves to laugh – but don’t be fooled.
