We’ve known Courtney for over 10 years, and since we’ve moved out the area (military)- she’s been our ‘go to’ for all things related to our rental- so she was a natural choice for selling our home. It was on the market for only ten days! She’s solid- represented our best interests and clearly explained the entire process. I would easily recommend her to any one selling or buying. She was available for answering most of our questions immediately or getting back to us promptly. I will use Courtney or recommend her for all our home buying or selling needs in Arlington.

Courtney came from a very well deserved recommendation by a close friend and I am so glad I wnet with her for the sale of my house. She prepared the listing in the most artistic way I have ever seen and had a buyer by the time of the second showing. She worked tirelessly to make the deal come together and I don't know that anyone else could have pulled it off, especially in the time she did it. She was a great communicator but wise enough not to burden me with every detail of what she was negotiating, which would have likely caused a bit of anxiety on my part. I always felt like "she had me" and was taking care of me the best that I coulld be cared for. She is the best of the best and very skilled at what she does and makes you feel important and prioritized as a client but also like a friend. Loved working with her!

Courtney is the most amazing person! She is so knowledgeable and the sweetest person you will ever meet!!! We had an offer within 24 hours of listing our home! I never dreamed the process of selling our home could be so easy! Courtney and her team took care of everything!!! She came highly recommended and now I see why! She is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!

As a military family, we embarked on purchasing our first home while living in another state, and Courtney Barnes and her team transformed the entire process into a remarkably easy and stress-free journey. We had multiple questions and she guided us through the entire process with unwavering patience. We had a list of 40 homes and miraculously ended up purchasing our dream home that she discovered, one that we hadn’t even seen. No one possesses a deeper understanding of the area than she. We are eternally grateful to have collaborated with such a compassionate and knowledgeable professional. We had a month before we would PCS to our new home, and Courtney diligently conducted routine checks on our home, assisting us in arranging contractors to complete work we desired prior to our move. I can't say enough positive words about our experience working with Courtney. She was very intentional about gathering details about our individual and collective needs/wants in regards to buying our new home. She was thoughtful to include our teenagers in the entire process. She listed and had our home under contract within a few days, while navigating ice/snow, utility outages and city wide closures. Throughout the buying and selling process, Courtney remained calm, optimistic/realistic, available and highly professional. Courtney is a servant leader and treated our family with the utmost care and understanding. Courtney is a natural born helper and high achiever; these two qualities make a great realtor.
