We would absolutely recommend Conrad to help with your home buying process. As first time buyers, we didn’t know what to expect of the process. He walked us through everything and he and his team answered our many questions. He was attentive and responsive and kept us in the loop any time there was an update. Conrad and Team are Phenomenal!! I have bought and sold two properties with him in the past 10 years, and just bought my third. Conrad is available to answer questions every step of the way and made time to see properties when we were available. He makes the whole daunting process of buying a house super easy, and even enjoyable. He'll be my realtor for as long as he's in realty and I live in the Denver area!!

Working with Conrad Smith was the best experience i have had purchasing real estate. I managed to see a number of properties which gave me a clear picture of what the market looked like and also helped me make a decision on the property I purchased. Conrad Smith was very supportive, professional and personal that I always felt comfortable in every step of the way. The staff were also always available to show me properties and answer any questions that I had. Conrad Smith is absolutely wonderful to work with. I recommend them and also look to working with them again in the future.

Working with Conrad and his colleagues at Urban Pro Homes to find a condo in Denver, during the height of this crazy housing market, with a small budget and other limitations....well I had my doubts but Conrad actually got it done for me! I know behind the scenes it was a challenge but he made the experience smooth sailing, bringing in people from his network to help. His experience and professionalism delivered what I was looking for. The team proved to always have my best interests at heart. When I found the right home for me, Conrad helped me negotiate a strong and reasonable offer and was there for all the other follow-on events. He and his team of professionals masterfully navigated a sticky situation regarding our appraisal and was instrumental in getting us to close on my first home. This is who you want on your team.
