He was absolutely phenomenal. He was interactive with my kiddo when I had to bring her. He was quick to respond no matter what. He was honest and helpful but still allowed us to make our own decisions. 100000/10 recommend.

Colin has a wonderful blend of professionalism, expertise, and warmth that makes everyone comfortable. He is a great listener and is open to new approaches and ideas. Collin is amazing, hands down one of the best people (and realtors) I’ve ever come across. He treated our family like family and fought for us every step of the way, both during our home sale and finding our new home. I’m not sure what we would have done without Collin and his team during our purchase, but they took such good care of us! Thank you again for such a amazing experience and for still treating us the same even after the deal has closed!

Collin was a delight to work with! My husband and I had such differing schedules and Collin was so accommodating to work with both our schedules. He was very helpful in making sure the process went smoothly, even through the COVID-19 pandemic. He responded very quickly to any request we brought to him. Tabitha was also very quick to respond to any request we had. I would highly recommend working with Collin and Tabitha to anyone I know!

When we decided to sell our rental property in March 2020, we didn't have high expectations of a positive outcome. In these times of COVID-19, with high unemployment and social distancing, we thought that these were the worst of times for selling a house. We met with Collin the first time in mid-March when we were in the middle of house repairs. He laid out a plan with a time schedule as to how and when things were going to happen. The house was listed the last week of March, and that very first week we had multiple offers. We ended up accepting one that was $10K over our asking price. We closed on the house within a month of listing the property. Throughout the whole process, Collin kept in constant contact with us giving us updates on how things were progressing. Collin and his staff are truly amazing people to work with and we will continue to work with them in the future. Thanks Collin
