We were so lucky to have Vittoria as our buyer’s agent! From the very beginning, she surpassed our expectation to made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but Vittoria made everything seem easy and actually stress-free. Vittoria was incredibly responsive, patient with our many questions, and always one step ahead when it came to negotiating and navigating the details. We were not local to the area that we were buying in and Vittoria really facilitated everything that needed to happen before closing. She was very professional and was also a great negotiator, making sure all of our concerns were addressed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the home we ended up in. Joe did an outstanding job showing us multiple homes around the area. He was very responsive and proactive. We appreciated his help throughout our search. We also made an offer to a house that he showed us. Unfortunately, our offer was beaten. We eventually bought a house that was being sold by a friend of a friend, so we did not buy it through Joe's services, but we remain thankful to him for his support.

Elizabeth did an outstanding job helping our family find our new home. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with us. She was very uplifting when we needed her and although we may not need her again since we found our our forever home we will highly recommend her always! Would recommend Coldwell Hearthside to others. When I called on a weekend, I was immediately connected to a representative. She arranged to have the realtor Heather Fehr meet with me the following day to discuss the selling of my home. I was very impressed with Heather Fehr. She helped to make the whole process much less stressful. She was pleasant, and remained upbeat and encouraging at every turn. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to get my home on the market with the help of her team at Coldwell Hearthside. I was pleased with the expert photos and descriptive write up posted online. Heather was a great communicator, responding quickly to my texts and calls. She did an excellent job with the open house and showings, and negotiating the sale of the house.

My experience with Elizabeth was amazing. My wife and I didn't have any issues. She is really helped us out tremendously. She is amazing and always had time to answer any of my questions. She always shows her positive attitude.
