I cannot recommend Andrew Dilg highly enough. He guided and helped me through the sale of my aunt’s home, a home that has been in our family for close to 100 yrs. It was difficult for many reasons, and not just the emotional aspect of it. Yet Andrew made it all very easy. His guidance was right on the nose. By listing the property at the price he recommended, there was a bidding war – just as Andrew predicted. The property was sold within 3 days. Andrew was never pushy, never overbearing, and always thoughtful of the emotions that came with saying goodbye to a cherished family home. He was easily accessible and always promptly returned my calls. If you are considering selling any sort of property and you want the best agent representing your and your family’s interests, then you must have Andrew Dilg on your side.

I was dreading the process of selling our home and Andrew made this the most painless process. We had so many showings reserved within a few days. He was able to get us the best price for our home with numerous offers. Andrew was always there to answer our questions and helped us from a very early stage to prepare our home for selling. We had moved out of state before the settlement and Andrew took care of all the settlement details. I highly recommend Andrew and would use him again in an instant.

Andrew Dilg is a rockstar Real Estate Agent! If you are looking to work with a Real Estate agent who is knowledgeable of the real estate market, demonstrates professionalism and is going to be honest with you throughout the process of buying or selling, Andrew is your guy! Andrew worked with me in selling two homes and buying one home that would allow me to consolidate my family and live a less stressful life. Andrew accepted the challenge of selling two homes, getting them on the market and under contract within 30 days at a more than fair price, and buying my dream home in less than 90 days. There were many times throughout the process that I wanted to give up and became worried that things would fall through. If you are looking for a great real estate agent with integrity and passion for his job, Andrew Dilg is your guy! Andrew walked my mom through the process of selling two homes and buying a new home that was large enough to fit the whole family. I know my mom was stressed out most of the time because she got stuck doing lots of tasks on her own. Andrew was able to coach and support her through the process when no one else was able to. I appreciate Andrew for being so attentive and ensuring that we got what we wanted. He was honest and did not sugar coat anything when things got tough.
