Ketty has been so patient and helpful from the very first viewing we set up with her. She stayed in touch for months, keeping us informed of new house listings as soon as they appeared. But she really showed her professionalism when it was time to make an offer - she knew exactly how to negotiate in a highly competitive situation. Our offer was chosen and she coached us through every complicated step of closing. He really helped us hit the ground running with the sale of our house. We had kind of put it off and once we started working with him, things went fast. He also seems to have an endless list of contacts for anything and everything that came up between inspections and buyer requests. We had already moved out of the house and he was there to coordinate the revolving door of contractors at the house which was very much appreciated. If/when we decide to look for our next home, we'll be back in touch :)
