We were referred to Alex by our CA realtor as we were making a big cross country move to a state we were unfamiliar to. While they say you can probably close on a house without a realtor, Alex was a prime example of exactly why you should have one! Alex went above and beyond to help with virtual house tours while we were out of town; knew the areas of interest well and had insightful recommendations to narrow in on our search; and had great connections to ensure timely turnaround on bids, contract review, inspections, etc. The Central NJ market is hot and houses move so quickly, but Alex was ready every step of the way. We're very certain that his know-how and connections are the prime reason on our ability to close on our new dream home within our budget and timeframe.

Ketty was a great realtor, helping us get to know different regions that we didn't know before. Oh what a ride it’s been !! We met Alex at an Open House when we weren’t really looking for a realtor. A few weeks later, Nick & Milly House Hunt group chat was started and I can’t believe that was in 2022 and the rest is history. What feels like 100 homes, after so many visits and so many houses that we lost. We got real close a couple of times but none as special than the one we’ve landed in. We found our forever home, all better than the rest and made it all worth it. This is a gruesome process, it is overwhelming, there’s a lot of information that you need, as well as a lot of patience & knowledge and more importantly you need someone on your team. He is always on your side, whether that’s getting to the sellers as quickly as possible, trying to get as much information to get you the best outcome for your sale & buy. There has been no instance in the 2 1/2 years we’ve worked with Alex that we had to follow up on him getting back to us on our questions. He is quick and always on the ball. He sold our home in a week. We were off the market in 14 days! That’s because it was priced correctly and we had the right team working on it, with staged photos, videos, social media presence. He steered the ship to get through selling as manageable as possible. We went on the market in the middle of winter and he got the job done.
