Ketty was just absolutely God sent! We had a previous realtor who lack professionalism and honestly I felt we were wasting our time. That's when I turned to Zillow and they recommended Ketty and I am so glad they did! From the beginning, Ketty was accessible at all times. She is so patient and took the time to listen what we were looking for, understood our budget, and was on top of all of the homes we were interested in. She answered all our questions and calmed our concerns with much patience...truly meant so much to us! Ketty's knowledge of her business helped us find our dream home and helped us, the first home owners in our families, make it our home!
