Diane did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. She meticulously followed the sales of homes in the surrounding area to determine the best price for our home and carefully strategized on the best time to list it. Diane was easy to reach whenever we had any questions and always provided thoughtful feedback to our concerns. She went above and beyond to help us when different tasks needed to be done for the house so we didn't need to be there after we had already moved out. As first time sellers, the process was intimidating, but with Diane's guidance we always felt confident at every step and appreciate all of her hard work and dedication.

Diane did an outstanding job helping me sold a single-family home. Diane is very knowledgeable about the market, and she is thorough in analyzing comps and existing inventory in the area. Diane is very diligent in sales preparation and resourceful in marketing the house to prospective agents and buyers. Diane guides me through the entire process closely, and she updates me on agents' feedback and real estate market dynamics regularly. Diane is a very experienced and thoughtful real estate professional. She is also delightful and easy to talk to. I fully enjoy working with Diane and I highly recommend her.

Daine was a truly professional realtor and consultant from the first day we met. Diane knew the neighborhood market so well, and she knew what buyers wanted and expected. Diane recommendations for what work my house needed allowed me to invest the minimum to get the maximum value for my investment. Diane's experience and industry contacts help get my house ready to sell in just a few weeks. I had no idea a realtor could/would do so much to sell my house. Diane's regular check in helped align her marketing strategies with my sell schedule. This alignment allowed Diane to drive tremendous interest in my home with “coming soon” Marketing, well before the house was on the market. Diane is just outstanding. Very strongly recommended. Before you select your real estate professional, check with Diane first. As all brokers do, she did the typical responsibilities of a broker and got us to the finish line very quickly. But what made Diane exceptional is going well beyond her line of duty to do exceptional work. She looked after the house and vendors while it was being painted and repaired. She removed lots of heavy supplies from the house on her own. Transported everything in her own car. She managed all activities in selling the house and dealing with lawyers, buyer, vendors, etc.. She is just outstanding!

I have used Diane's expertise to buy and sell the same house. My experience working with her is of the highest level there can be, Diane treats her clients with utmost respect, very high sense of urgency and responsiveness. The skills toolbox is unlimited. As a client in both transactions i always felt like I am the only client she has got, which is of course untrue as she deals with multiple projects at the same time, but the level of service one gets is exclusive.
