Ann Behrens at Coldwell Banker was the listing agent for our house in Roxbury Township. We chose Ann because in her first meeting with us she presented a great amount of data on the real estate market which could have been overwhelming. But she explained a complex subject with a great amount of data in a way that we could understand it. Our selling time was compressed for several reasons. First, the builder of our new house moved up the closing date. Then our family was hit by Covid, so we lost 3 weeks. Then we found an issue with our house that needed to be addressed before we could list it, which was another week lost. Ann kept reassuring us to just get well, just get the house problem fixed, and we’ll get through it. After we finally got our house on the market with a compressed selling time, a family member developed a health issue and was admitted into the hospital. When she came home the times that our house could be shown were limited, but Ann worked with us to keep the showings happening. With Ann’s help, our house was sold within the compressed timeframe for moving into our new house in December 2024. Plus the offer was $15,000 above our asking price. We wholeheartedly recommend Ann Behrens as a listing agent!
