Claude isn’t just a realtor, he’s a full on teammate. He drove me up and down between Los Angeles and San Diego multiple times until we found the perfect place, never once rushing me or cutting corners. What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently he got everything done. Start to finish in under 60 days. When touring homes, Claude has this pitbull energy where he walks through each property making honest critiques out loud, pointing out details most people would miss. *** Highly Recommended, especially when using the VA Loan!!!!!*** ** Don't trust a big purchase or sale to an amateur. You want experience and a professional!!!! Call in the big guns, Claude. Is your person!!! What we thought would be a straightforward sale of our first home turned into quite a battle. After waiting 12 days past the original closing date, we finally closed on the sale. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our real estate agent, Claude Blackman. His experience, professionalism, and dedication to his clients truly stand out. When the buyer’s agent tried to lower the appraisal through some shady and unprofessional tactics, Claude didn’t just roll over. He pushed back, challenged the appraisal, and fought to get it corrected to reflect the true value of our home. Because of his determination, we were able to recover $35,000 that would’ve been lost if we had just accepted the original appraisal. Most agents probably would’ve let it go, but Claude went above and beyond to do what was right for us. My family is so grateful for everything he did. My experience with Claude was wonderful. He was always there for assistance before, during and after purchasing my home. He provided me with knowledge and was truly on my side during the whole process. he got me exactly everything that I wanted and met all of my expectations in a relator/broker. I highly recommend him to not only my close relatives and friends but to anyone that is in search for a fantastic relator or broker.
