I highly recommend Cindy, It was very challenging during this pandemic year and she got me through it. Cindy is very knowledgeable, patient, and up for any challenge. This was my first time buying a home she walked me through the whole process and made it very pleasant for me and any questions I ever had day or night she was always available without no question. I would not be in my home today (literally) if it wasn't for Cindy she knew exactly what I wanted in a home and suggested we see this home on the same day it went up for sale with no pictures keep in mind, and ultimately I got my dream home. I owe a lot to Cindy I will never forget what she has done for me and my family and I consider Cindy my friend and we have kept in contact since.

I would definitely recommend Cindy Palmer for all your residential real estate needs. I was moving into the Pittsburgh area from another state and Cindy made the entire process as painless as possible. She did the background research on homes in my desired location & price range, researched area comps, and even chauffeured me around when I came into town. When I finally decided on the house, she managed the entire closing process and patiently handled any minor issues that arose. Even after I closed on the house, she continued to be incredibly helpful. As I wasn’t able to move in for several weeks after I closed, she stopped by the vacant house to check on it, picked up any mail, and even helped me find area contractors to touch up the property before we moved it. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. If we decide to move again, she would easily be our first choice.

Cindy Palmer is the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. We just purchased our fourth home after relocating back to Pittsburgh since moving 25 years ago. She simply knows the business of customer service and satisfaction when looking for a home. She never wavered, pressured or forgot what our needs and wants were as we walked through the houses she chose. It didn't take long either. Together, we found a lovely home and met all the criteria we were looking for. Thank you Cindy for a job well done.

Cindy is the best! She helped us purchase our first home...we had no idea about the process but she was so patient and kind answering all our questions and never once made us feel like we were asking stupid questions (I'm sure we were! ). She worked tirelessly to find us our home and was always available. When it came time to put in an offer and go through the actual purchase process, she was great. She answered all my panicky calls with patience and understanding. I highly recommend her. If we ever needed a realtor again, she would be my first and only choice.

I would highly recommend Cindy Palmer as a realtor to anyone who is searching. She is professional, honest and works hard to satisfy her clients. She has assisted me in purchasing 2 homes and selling 1 home. Her attitude is always positive and she doesn't take days off! Always seeking to do well on a daily basis.
