If you are one of the lucky ones that retained Cindi Sodolski as your agent I applaud you. You chose the finest. Though I knew Cindi for some months before I felt ready to start my search for a new home, she never, ever “pushed.” When I did say “Ok, let’s do it,” Cindi was immediately responsive. Cindy has an innate ability. She just knows what’s a good fit. Professional? Experienced? Knows Chicago? All of these but I must add that the graciousness and care Cindy showed me were exceptional. Then top it all off with the support of Sid, Cindy’s partner and husband, you’ve chosen a first-class winner.

Cindi and her team were very professional, responsive (even on weekend) and a pleasure to work with. They had vast knowledge and understanding of the market and made the whole process very manageable and easy to understand. Cindi's negotiation skills were good and helped me secure the property that I liked at a price below asking. I am very grateful to have had such a dedicated team and would highly recommend them.

There are realtors and then there is Tammy. Tammy went above and beyond to help us sell our Logan Square condo. From the moment Tammy takes on selling your home, she pulls comps to give you an accurate price point and gives suggestions for quick fixes to ensure your home sells quickly. Throughout the process, Tammy is transparent, regularly communicating with her sellers and providing feedback on showings. Additionally, she schedules open houses and showings for times that she can be there, to help answer any questions the buyer has and to really "sell" your home. Selling your home from a far away distance is never an easy feat. However, Tammy makes the process swift and painless as possible. We would highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking to sell their home or buy their new home.

Cindi and her team, especially Tammy, made moving to Chicago easy for my husband and me. We were on a tight timeline over the Thanksgiving holiday, but with their help we looked at 15 properties in two days. By the time we headed back to L.A., we were in escrow and ready to pack for our return to the Midwest. We closed on our dream home in Logan Square just a couple of days after Xmas. Total elapsed time from first showing to closing was less than 5 weeks! Since then we've been recommending Cindi & Co. as buying agents to anyone who will listen.
