Chuck was amazing to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, I felt like I was out of my zone and Chuck was able to explain things to me or direct me to who I needed to talk to. He was always available to talk despite me having an awkward work schedule. He definitely knew the area well and was very friendly. He had connections for everything I encountered as someone who was not from the area and did not know where to start which made things very easy for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

John was pleasant to work with. He seemed to know the area. However, the process was not as smooth as I'd hoped. He notified us about a week *after* the deadline for an inspection that it had passed, and so any problems found in the inspection would be 'information only'. When I asked for details about what we should do if it were to uncover a major problem, he was evasive. Separately, I asked him at least three times a question about the property, and he never answered the question. I eventually ended up asking the seller directly when we happened to encounter them unofficially.

John was quick to respond when I had questions along the way. He communicated well with the selling agent too! He educated me on the buying process as this is my first home.

John was a pleasure to work with during our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the the areas and the whole process. He guided us through the steps and provided us good tips to watch out for during our financing and offer phases. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process and was very upfront about all the disclaimers and questions we had.
