We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Chuck! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable for our family. He was incredibly responsive — anytime we found a home we wanted to see, he had a showing set up within just a couple of hours. He was always willing to meet us whenever we needed, and his flexibility made such a big difference in our search. What truly stood out, though, was how kind and thoughtful he was with our family. He even played and watched our 4-year-old son during showings so that we could really focus on each property — that’s not something you find every day! Overall, Chuck is not only a fantastic real estate agent but also a genuinely wonderful person to work with. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Chuck was awesome. He is knowledgeable with the market, helped with negotiation, had multiple open houses, helped with staging and was empathetic throughout the process; from beginning to closing! I would recommend Chuck to anyone!

I have worked with Chuck in the past. My nephew passed away and I was the executor and Chuck sold the house in one week.. The next house I worked with Chuck was mine, I told Chuck he had to sell the my house while I was working over the weekend and would not be home, well he did it, we had over 40 lookers and 10 offers who were all qualified. I will be working with Chuck in the future. ted

Chuck, shoots straight and is honest with his assessment. Complete professional and knows the market. With his experience he knows the market and where to put the price to be the most competitive in the market. We were under contract 5 days after listing and for more than asking!
