As a first-time home buyer, working with Sarah was a pleasant experience. From the outset, I was very picky about what I wanted and she was very accommodating. Sarah was very efficient with my time, only showing or suggesting places that would meet my criteria. Being new to the market, I made sure to do my own research on the side, and Sarah's knowledge corroborated what I was learning about the ins and outs of the entire buying process. Even when it looked like we weren't going to find anything I liked, Sarah was able to advise me on how to move forward in that situation. Sarah's team was also great during the closing process as well. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely work with her again!

Christine and company weee fantastic! Sarah Lauer was the best! We were looking for a house with a water view from another state. I had been looking myself on Zillow for 6 months. By the time we were ready to look seriously, it was late August and a lot of the water view houses had sold. The inventory was way down! The first night she sent us a number of listings to view. She went to each one and did a FaceTime walkthrough with us! We found our house in less than a week! She has been an excellent resource as well! She goes above and beyond! Sarah is so nice and always happy to take our call! I would highly recommend her!

Sarah is amazing! My wife and I have used her for multiple transactions and will continue. The last sale, she managed to negotiate for $150k over asking!!! We have bought and sold several houses and have experience with many agents. Sarah is by far the most knowledgable and professional of any we have used. She is very patient which makes a difference as my wife can be picky. She is willing to go the extra mile (literally). She even drove out to Eastern WA to show a house we were interested in. I would highly recommend Sarah!!!

As a first-time home buyer in the United States, Aaron was extremely helpful. He was consistently patient, responsive, and supportive. He cared for and understood our needs. Even now that we are out of the country, he continues to go above and beyond what is required of him. He has our best interest in mind. We will continue to recommend Aaron to our friends and family.

I am a first time home buyer, 30 years old single female, who had enlisted Sarah's help to purchase my first home. I had an extremely poor experience with Sarah and I recommend that you do not use her. Sarah misled me on several occasions during my purchase. One example, during the inspection the home I was looking to purchase had structural issues and I had some major concerns and had communicated those to Sarah who told me that the structural issues were not that big of a deal and that the house was built a 100 years ago and that if there were not issues with the structure now, that there would not be. She told me not to worry at all, however I still asked a few contractors for quotes which amounted to upwards of $15k to repair the damage. She then came back to me saying she had a contractor who actually told her the repairs would be $4k and pushed that it was not an issue. During the closing process, the escrow partner and broker knew that I had not had a good experience and had apologized on her behalf. Another example, I had asked her the names of the utility companies and later had to review the inspection report to figure out that the house had natural gas as well as electricity, as she claimed the house only had electricity. I had asked if I could have the basement cleaned prior to move in, and that was never done... and it had not been cleaned since 1980 (based on the newspapers I found all over the basement). I had asked for an old dryer to be picked up prior to me moving in and she seemed very upset and claimed "she had her own friend come and get it". There were several things that created such a poor experience and buying a first home by myself was extremely scary and a year and a half later I am still sick with how poor the experience went and what happened. I do not recommend using her at all.
