Sofia Lovinsky and I touched bases throughout the internet. She closely analyzed my specific finding in a house and helped me purchase a future residency that I will be living at. Her work ethic was professional and thorough. Although, I wasn't ready to purchase a house, she still touched bases with me and helped me explore various options over the course of a year. In December 2024, I decided to resided in Florida and my connection with Sofia allowed for me to happily find a home that best suits me. Within the span of five months, I purchased a home that Sofia helped me find even though we had some flaws with other homes, in the end we found the right one.
