Shaunda Hall is a very professional and experienced real estate agent. She helped us purchase an investment home through the 1031 program. She helped us find an excellent home at a good price. Since we don't live in the area and don't know much about it, she helped us connect with a property maintenance agency and other contractors for some changes and additions we wanted to make to the house before renting it out. She was always very patient with our questions and assisted us every time we needed to consult with her. She was always available.
