Christel did a terrific job in helping my sister and me sell our mom’s house. She was there for us every minute, helping us, I answering our questions, negotiating, and supporting all efforts involved. I don’t know how we would have done it without her.

My sister and I had the emotional task of selling our Mom’s house as part of her estate. We were so fortunate to have Christel as our agent! From the start, Christel advised us of some small improvements necessary to make a 1970’s house shine. The house sold quickly, at a desired price. Throughout the process, Christel exhibited professionalism, dedication, compassion, and a good sense of humor! She always made it clear in her actions that she was there for us. The timeline that she provided allowed us to anticipate the next steps, what we needed to accomplish, and when both buyer and seller tasks were completed. At any time we could contact Christel and receive a quick response. Christel’s contacts with other agents and professionals in real estate led us to finding wonderful buyers for our Mom’s much-loved house. we may have been Christel's longest clients, lol. she stuck with our precise expectations for the house and property we were looking for, for about 2 years. once we found it, she was the most helpful professional and made a very stressful process manageable.
