Billy and Steve were everything we could ask for in a Realty Company when selling our home--From their recommending a sensible and achievable asking price to them providing assistance at every turn along the way! In fact, we contacted Billy on a Thursday (April, 2025) and he and Steve had a committed and eventual buyer (for 20k above asking) by Saturday evening! My advice is to give them a call!

I had such a great experience working with Billy as my buyer’s agent. From day one, he was super helpful, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond to my questions (and I had a lot!). He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and didn’t try to push me into anything that didn’t feel right. Billy knows the market really well and gave me honest, straightforward advice throughout the whole process. He helped me find a place I love and made everything way less stressful than I expected. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and truly has your best interests in mind throughout the entire process, I can’t recommend Billy enough

Billy did a great job for our family. Our sale was extra complicated, with a reverse mortgage and the need for Probate. Billy handled all the paperwork for the reverse mortgage, and gave us a great attorney to handle probate. 10/10 would recommend for any home sale.

I had a home that I needed to sell, but I live out of State and needed to handle the selling process long distance. After meeting with Billy and walking through the home, Billy advised that we replace the carpet and do some painting in order to enhance the value of the home. We agreed, but the challenge was how to accomplish that work from long distance. Billy stepped in and offered to get bids and manage access and the work that needed to be done. We never could have managed this without Billy's help. After the work was completed Billy listed our home and we had offers coming in within a day. There were some issues with the initial buyer's ability to purchase the home, and Billy kept me regularly updated with the many issues that came up. Working with Billy was a pleasure! He was very knowlegable about the selling process and gave me great advice throughout the process. I appreciated his frequent communication and willingness to answer my many questions. Billy made the long distance selling process manageable.
