We could not have asked for a better realtor. Through the last year and a half, Chris has assisted our family as we've sorted through various options for moving out of our current home. Ultimately, we moved out of the area, and Chris enthusiastically referred us to a realtor in our new locale, and moved forward in assisting us with the sale of our house. With Chris' assistance, the day we opened our home for showings, we had 17 the first day, and another 9 the second, with the winning offer on our house submitted within 24 hours of listing. While shuffling through 9 offers, Chris played an integral role in helping us navigate the nuances of each offer, and built our confidence as we selected an offer and moved forward. Incredibly responsive, Chris remained committed to our sale through closing, and was communicative with the realtor in our new location to help streamline our closings. We would strongly recommend Chris to anyone buying or selling a home. He is a true master of his field!

My husband and I tried to sell our home several times. We did not have success until we signed with Chris Parker, Century 21 Bradley. He guided us through a difficult transaction with excellent results. Chris is transparent and gifted in his communication and negotiating skills. He was a great help in our consideration of a possible land purchase, contractor meetings and in the end, the purchase of a new home. Chris went beyond our expectations and was a joy to work with. My husband and I were looking for a new home and Chris took the time to show us a couple houses and then worked with us to buy land instead so we could build. He gave us great advice on building our new home, even though it didn't benefit him directly. Chris also took the time to walk through our house and give us great advice on what to fix and what wouldn't be a good return on investment before listing. Once we were ready to list he walked us through the pricing process and we agreed on a list price. Once it was officially listed, it sold in 2 days! Chris and his team were great to work with and had great customer service in every area!
