I would highly recommend contacting Warren Barnes if you are looking to buy and/or sell a home. We had some unique situations occur while we were looking for our current home and selling our previous home. Warren helped us navigate through all of it successfully. He really knows his stuff and he went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our resources lined up to keep things moving along as smoothly as they could.

Warren is THE realtor in Fort Wayne. We had a rough few months trying to sell our house and in less than two weeks Warren not only had more showings than we had had in 5 months, but also higher offers than we had ever hoped to have had. His advertisement and presentation of our home gave it the new life we had been waiting for. Warren’s work ethic is unmatched, his advisement is thorough without being too suggestive or aggressive, and his professionalism is unwavering. We went from literally feeling like we would never sell our home to finally feeling relief and excitement about it for the first time in months. If you have ANY housing needs whatsoever, there is NO other person to work with other than Warren.

Warren was not only one of the best realtors I've ever worked with, his professionalism and expertise showed by taking the time to explain options i never knew existed. He really made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. He helped me make all the right decisions by going over the benefits of each option to set up success for my life in the future and I really appreciate him for that.
