Warren is THE realtor in Fort Wayne. We had a rough few months trying to sell our house and in less than two weeks Warren not only had more showings than we had had in 5 months, but also higher offers than we had ever hoped to have had. His advertisement and presentation of our home gave it the new life we had been waiting for. Warren’s work ethic is unmatched, his advisement is thorough without being too suggestive or aggressive, and his professionalism is unwavering. We went from literally feeling like we would never sell our home to finally feeling relief and excitement about it for the first time in months. Warren was not only one of the best realtors I've ever worked with, his professionalism and expertise showed by taking the time to explain options i never knew existed. He really made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. He helped me make all the right decisions by going over the benefits of each option to set up success for my life in the future and I really appreciate him for that. Could not ask for a better or more understanding realtor than working with Warren. He stayed in contact with us every couple months for over a year until we were ready to move. We purchased our house sight unseen from across the country using his professional and personal opinion on the house, property and area. We are very happy with our house and will without a doubt be using Warren in the future.
