I recently purchased a home through Anthony Realtors and the experience was as professional as you could imagine. The realtor , Ashley Collins Lamb , did an amazing job helping to facilitate the home viewing process , keeping me up to date with needed information & also communicating between the seller and I , helped make sure I was well knowledgeable about the home buying process , the criteria , and the responsibilities of being a first time homeowner. The process was smooth and upfront. Never any miscommunication , shady inspection business , or false advertising. I would recommend any first time or new homebuyer to Ashley Collins Lamb & Anthony Realtors 1000xs out of 1000xs!!!

When we wanted to sell our old farmhouse for $40,000 more than it was appraised for, Honey helped us with specific advice on what to work on to update our house within our budget of zero dollars. She took extra time to show us tips and tricks for cleaning and updating the house for a low budget. We ended up having three offers within the first week. We sold it for asking price. She took care of everything and made the process so easy. Honey is positive and encouraging but she’s also realistic and tells you honestly what to expect. We felt like we were her only client. She tackled every hurdle along the way with ease. If we had to sell another house, we would definitely call Honey Fender.

As a first-time homebuyer I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. MonTe took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for in a home and sent me tailored suggestions. He also gave me honest feedback about the homes we viewed which I really appreciated. He was patient answering all my questions about the home buying process and I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions; he truly was a teammate in finding the right house for me. Could not recommend MonTe more.

Jason truly went above and beyond the call of duty at every turn. He worked day and night to get us into the home we wanted, and he worked actual magic getting us the deal he did. Could not recommend him highly enough!

Lili was very attentive to what my kids and I were looking for in a home. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She always responded in a timely manner, took her work seriously, and kept our best interest at heart throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her to anybody on the hunt, including my own loved ones, knowing that she will make the purchasing process as fast and easy for her clients as possible.
