We met Chris after we scheduled a tour of a home in the area we were looking at. Being new to the home buying process I was skeptical of the possibility of some sleazy salesman showing up and trying to push us into something we either didn’t want, or couldn’t afford. Boy was I wrong. Chris showed up. Modest. Humble. And ready to serve my family in the best way possible. We had a fairly unique situation that took a little longer than expected and Chris demonstrated the patience of a saint literally the whole time. Not once did he ever try to “sway” us or “influence” us one way or the other. Touring homes was just like hanging out with a friend who happened to have access to every home for sale. Low pressure. Honest. Friendly. Funny. And overall just a good person. When it came to the actual buying process, again, he worked to make it such an easy and convenient process. Explained things very clearly. Made sure we were all on the same page. And never “insisted” on anything. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone wanting to buy a home. Especially first time homebuyers. Thanks Chris

Chris was absolutely amazing to work with. We lived across the country during our home buying process and he seriously couldn’t have made it any easier or smoother of a process. He was always available to answer any and all questions, did any additional research we needed in our area (newly developed area so we had a lot of questions) and put as at ease whenever we had any concerns. When we couldn’t attend appointments in person (we were based in the Midwest) he went to all our appointments and virtually assisted us with everything. Even when I had the most obscure or random questions he always answered them asap! Attending showings and construction build appts with 3 kids was chaotic but he managed to make that easier too! He was friendly, responsive, and helpful from beginning to end. He really is a great realtor and we highly recommend him!
