Chris was professional, motivated, and kept a level head through some unexpected hurdles in the negotiation process. He paid careful attention to what I was looking for and provided useful advice at each step. Chris was an amazing person to have on my side during my home buying process! It was my first time buying a home and he made each step very clear along the way. He was extremely responsive and always on top of correspondence with others in the process. He was knowledgeable about the areas in which I was looking for a home and even expanded the search when he knew it was needed. His expertise made the process seem so easy! Chris was awesome! I'm a first-time buyer and had been looking for nearly a year when I closed on my condo a week ago. Chris was informative and knowledgeable, he gave his honest opinion of properties when I asked, and was always responsive. He helped me through the process of my first offer on a condo that ultimately didn't work out. He also helped me put in a competitive offer on the condo that I closed on, in addition to negotiating some repairs/maintenance found in the inspection. During the 30 days before closing, Chris and I maintained regular contact to make sure I understood the process and was prepared for each milestone. Buying my first property with Chris was a great decision and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends.
