I have worked with Chris on two occasions, as both a buyer and seller. Each time has been a great experience. He is very knowledgeable on the area, the overall process of buying and selling as well as navigating unforeseen issues as they arise. Chris and his team made both buying and selling a smooth process. From hosting a open house to the final title work, I always felt like everything was handled professionally and properly.
