Bella was amazing! Not only is she a hard worker, great communicator, positive, prioritizes the wants and needs of her clients, but she is gracious and honest. Bella is a force to be reckoned with! She knows many different related professionals who we have used in the buying and selling process which has made a huge difference! She gets to know the client, what is important to them and makes them feel comfortable. She also does knows so much about the market, what to price your home for and what to ask for so her advice is very effective! She also is a great negotiator with other realtors and clients and she will get you what you want- whether it’s the home you want, the specifics of the cost, what’s included, etc. she also responds immediately and if she doesn’t know the answer she will refer you to someone who does and always follow through to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and friend!
