Cheryl and her team helped me pack and move, which I felt was above and beyond standard service. Freddie and Nate did all the heavy lifting, and care and attention to every detail was given by the entire team, always with kindness and consideration and a can-do attitude. Cheryl has a roster of workmen to provide needed repairs and sprucing up at reasonable prices, and she even arranged for a bridge loan if needed, which it wasn’t, but gave me confidence in my negotiations with the seller of the house we were moving to. Just 60 days from signing with Cheryl to closing, Cheryl sold my home for the highest price ever in our tract, and $5k above asking. I couldn’t be happier with the journey with Cheryl or the results.

Lauren goes above and beyond for anything! She is such a hard working person and will do her best to grant your requests. She is ethical in her work, very responsive, and a strong communicator. My family will forever be grateful for her time and effort in helping get us our dream home!
