Cher is a highly skilled professional, personable and friendly too. She represented the seller on the home I purchased, and even my agent was impressed and had nothing but praise to report during the negotiating and escrow process. When it comes to the buying and selling process, it's so important to have competent and reliable people to work with. She's trustworthy, responsive, and easy to work with. Having looked at a lot of homes in the Parker area, it's obvious that she goes the extra mile to sell homes. Her marketing is top of the line. Highly recommended!

Cher is incredible! We used her the first time around to buy our home in 2015, and now we are using her to sell it since we are relocating for work. She is easy to get ahold of, kind, positive and upbeat, and extremely knowledgeable and honest. She became like family after we bought our first home and we couldn't imagine using a different realtor.

Cher was my dream realtor. She was extremely professional and efficient in getting our home sold. Cher knows exactly what needs to be done to sell your home to get the best money for it. I was going thru a very high conflict divorce and she was able to help me help guide me thru all the obstacles along the way. If you need help with inspection or other services such as roofing she knows the right people to refer you to. She made selling my home go alot smoother with all her knowledge. I can't thank her enough! We had a friend who had his home on the market for over 3 years and couldn't get it sold. Cher sold it in a matter of months.
