Highly recommend especially if you are first time home buyer! I had a fantastic experience working with Chandra who was super patient to answer all my questions, and helped me buy my dream home in a prime location in downtown Redmond. He helped me negotiate 20k down in a very good location which I didn’t think was possible and was very fast with the offer process in a competitive market. He was always available for the smallest issues and helped through every aspect of the home buying process including connecting with multiple lenders, home insurance/warranty providers. What I liked the most is he is extremely knowledgeable about the prices, locations and does data driven analysis to keep updated with the current market. He will also give honest feedback about the potential homes you might be interested in, unlike some other agents I worked with.
