Chancellor did an outstanding job helping us sell our condo which had been on the market for over a year with a different agent. His knowledge and marketing skills were impeccable. Under his guidance, the condo was sold quickly! Chancellor was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. We would definitely work with him again.

Chancellor was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first time home buyer, he was very thorough with explaining every step of the journey. He found us a great home that fit all of our needs and got us to closing quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him as an agent to any of my friends and family who may be looking to buy or sell, and would gladly work with him again in the future.

Chancellor was a huge help. We were first time home buyers and I can't imagine having a different realtor. He made everything extremely simple and easy to understand. Never once did we ever feel pressured, you could just tell he wasn't going to be happy unless WE were happy with the house. He went above and beyond the entire time, he gave tips on everything from remodeling to decor ideas! If you are in the market for a home, I couldn't recommend Chancellor enough. If my family lived anywhere nearby and needed a home, I would send them Chancellor's way without a second thought knowing they would be in good hands.

Chancellor truly is a God send! He helped me to find my forever home and although it took me some time (all on my part) he was patient, very honest and clear the entire process! He knew what type of homes I would like and would best fit my budget! I learned so much from him and will forever be a voice to express how great he is and will seek him for my family and friends when they are ready for their purchase!
