Chad was awesome! He took his time showing us many houses and never complain when we reached out to see even more houses. He was patient and answered many questions for us first time buyers. He was able to put my mind at ease every step of the way. Chad is a very honest and open person which we liked very much. He didnt sugar coat anything and always offered his opinion when asked.

One of the best Realtors I have ever worked with. I was looking for an investment property while I was out of state and if it weren't for Chad this deal would not have happened. He was my eyes and ears while I was out of state with a challenging lender. He attended inspections, helped me work with contractors, and helped me get equity by negotiating an amazing purchase price. I'm working with Chad for my next investment property already. Very responsive, most of the time immediate but always within the same day. Although he has many clients, he makes you feel like you're his only client with his availability. Thank you Chad!!!
