Chad and Baylee were PHENOMENAL to work with. My fiancé and I have been looking at houses in a few cities near Seattle, primarily in Lake Stevens. They organized visiting the houses we were interested in and were incredibly communicative through the whole process. I also appreciate how thoughtful they were when it came to the specific needs we have for our kiddo and pets. Every interaction with them was pleasant and they helped us land our favorite house! We couldn't have dreamed of a better homebuying experience, thank you so much for all of your hard work guys. Can't wait for our little family to finish our move from SLC. <3

I worked with Chad and Baylee, and it was a wonderful experience. Before them I worked with two other realtors and I was not satisfied with the service. But thank God! I met Chad and Baylee. I was very pleased with their expertise, they are very knowledgeable on the market conditions and they were always able to answer all my questions, I also highly appreciate their patience. They were able to provide the right guidance that help me get mutual on my offer in this crazy market.

As first time homebuyers, we were terrified and at a loss on how to win a home in this crazy WA buyers’ market. A lot of risks are involved but we didn’t want to get compromised for a place we will call home in the years to come. We were lucky to have found Chad and Baylee Foster, who came highly referred. Right off the bat, they understood what we needed - experts we can surely trust and rely on and who will always put our best interests first. This amazing couple guided us every step of the way. They have so much knowledge in the market and shared a lot of insight on home buying we never really have thought of or considered. Chad and Baylee always made themselves available, whether its house tours or questions or making offers. They are so comfortable to work with and made the process so much easier! In less than three weeks, we got an offer accepted and closed our purchase again in less than three weeks! Aside from their knowledge and expertise, I just love how they cared so much about finding the best home for us and looking out for us. We didn’t need to resort to crazy offers that are now becoming prevalent in this market. In fact, we beat out lots of offers! They didn’t push us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with just to get a home. They gave us lots of tips about being new homeowners and just overall eased our anxieties.
