I have bought 7 homes with Cessna. I have also sold 7 homes with her. Cessna always finds me solid homes with a great ROI. I have sold all 7 homes within 3 days of listing them. Cessna just closed the sale of our house at 6 Seabright Avenue in Bayville, NJ. Working with her was a pleasure and always has been. Cessna sold my wife and I the home several years ago and we became friends then. When my wife and I relocated to Nevada, she found an excellent renter for us. A year and a half later Hurricane Sandy hit, and she was on site within a few days of the storm giving us an update as to the damage. She helped us locate contractors to help with the immediate remediation and continued to help throughout the reconstruction process. Cessna wasn't being paid for all of this, she just did it. When we had the house rebuilt and received the CO she again found us a renter. Once they moved out she help again with placing renters in the house who eventually became the buyers. If we ever decided to move back into the area she would be the first person we would seek out. We just can't thank her enough for all she did.

Cessna really knows all the ins and outs of both buying and selling homes! She helped us get the best price for our home and negotiate our new home. Navigating the real estate market isn’t easy but Cessna made it so much better!
