Michael was great to work with (again)! He is very knowledgeable with local real estate trends. I would recommend him to anyone looking to list in the Forked River or Bayville areas. He made sure I completely understood our interactions with realtors, potential buyers, inspectors, etc. It was great to work with someone who grew up in the area and is so highly respected. This was my first time in many years and working with a realtor. Mike was the first realtor I interviewed to help me with my Mom’s estate sale. After a few minutes into the conversation, I realized Mike was the one to help me achieve my goals. From the start, Mike listened and help to gain clarity on the most efficient and effective strategy for the sale of my mom‘s home of 20 years. It was a great experience working with Mike and having him help me through the stressful time. We were able to quickly find a buyer, negotiate a contract, and close in a timeframe that far exceeded my expectations. Along this journey, Mike was particularly helpful in providing an excellent marketing/media package, cleaners to help support, preparing the house, making recommendations for improvement, working to get the house shown quickly, negotiating with the buyer’s realtor, resolving inspection concerns, obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy and even providing recommendations to help negotiate the closing. Michael did a fantastic job with the sale of our home in Forked River. He was very professional and knowledgeable in what it would take for our home to sell quickly and successfully.
