Because I was pleased with Cathy's service back when I bought the home in 2020, I asked her to help me sell it. That was the best decision I could have ever made. Cathy's was extremely professional, transparent, and made sure I understood the process. This allowed me to make informed decisions while sticking to my goals. Even with all the set backs that came from selling in a tough housing market along with other external factors, Cathy and her husband Nate, got through it with such pose and tenacity. They stuck with me through every challenge and went above and beyond to keep my home safe and show ready over the months. They truly are the dream team and my family and I couldn't thank them enough.

I don’t think I have enough time to write about how great Cathy is. She truly made this experience stress free. From listing our property, finding renters and everything in between, she kept us laughing and in the loop. We truly could not have done this without her and she was such a joy to work with.
