100K over asking price - Amazing. Cathy and Dawne sold our home lightning fast and we are just so happy. Cathy and her partner Dawne were great to work with! They sold our house quickly and got us a great price well over asking. They helped stage the home the pictures were amazing. So easy to communicate with and helped with all questions. They go above and beyond with what they provide. 2020 was a difficult year but they helped us get through the challenges of selling a home with so much uncertainty. Thanks again Cathy and Dawne!
