Casey was instrumental in helping us sell our house. He was willing to take on our listing after it had already been on the market for about six months. From day one, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the local market. He had a strategy based on data, and he would update us as things changed in the market (as they inevitably do). As the process unfolded, he proved invaluable in navigating a complex daisy chain of transactions that all had to come together before our sale could close. Casey recommended several upgrades to help our home sell for top dollar, and every buyer who toured the house raved about the floors, kitchen, and other improvements he suggested. Those upgrades ultimately led to three offers. The offer we accepted was part of a multi-home transaction involving four families and three home sales, which could have easily fallen apart. Casey’s deep understanding of the loan process, escrow, and all the moving parts of a real estate transaction made a huge difference. He worked tirelessly to keep everything on track and helped ensure that none of the deals fell through. (Even though he was not their real estate agent!!! We used Casey to buy our new home and sell our old one and we couldn’t have been happier with him and the whole process! Everything went very smoothly. He helped us negotiate the new house and get it 50k below asking price plus $3k in seller credits and still keeping it fully furnished! With selling our home, we were nervous because of the number of homes for sale in the area. Casey arranged an interior designer to help us get our house looking it’s best and an amazing photographer which I believe made all the difference! We ended up accepting a full price offer after multiple offers came in, in a fraction of the time it usually takes for homes to sell out here. Casey knows what it takes to get you the best offer out there. We recommend him to everyone!

Casey got the listing for a property I sold when the original listing expired. He was able to make several small adjustments and relisted, and sold the property within 3 months for close to the asking price. I am very happy with my experience with Casey and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know without hesitation.

Casey has a niche for rejuvenating expired and canceled listings, and selling them within 30 days. Casey is a master marketer, professional above reproach and most of all honest. He did everything he said he would do for me. Casey has the full and complete team, including prepping the home inside and out, staging that makes you want to move in and start living, and first class video and photo presentations. Casey is responsive and never makes you wait. Casey is truly one of a kind. From day one, he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question (and there were many!) without ever making us feel like a burden. He gave honest advice and helped us understand what we could expect when selling, guiding us with confidence and care. We first met Casey when he helped us buy our home years ago, he even made our kids feel included, remembering their names and interests all this time later when it was time to sell.
