Carrie has been amazing. We live in Chicago and have been looking in South Carolina Mt Pleasant/Charleston area for a home . Over the course of 8 months Carrie has shown us multiple homes in person and virtually. Anytime a house came on the market that we were interested in Carrie was there the same day to either walk us through it or virtually tour us through the home. Her knowledge of the low country is impeccable. Carries knowledge of the area and expertise enabled us to find our dream home. Carrie took the time to understand our needs in a home and was able to direct us to viable options in order for us to select an ideal property. Her dedicated was amazing any day our night she made herself available. Carrie is an incredible person dedicated to every aspect of home buying. On a scale of 10 she is a 20. Highly recommend. # dedication, professional, and experienced.

If you are looking to buy a house in Charleston, Carrie is a no-brainer. She is responsive, thoughtful, and truly cares about finding you a home. My wife and I were first time home buyers when we started working with Carrie and she was able to negotiate with the seller to get us everything we could want in our first home at a fair price.

We have purchased and sold many houses over the 34 years of our marriage. We have NEVER had a realtor as helpful as Carrie. She went over and beyond in every area----including chasing down the details for transferring the flood insurance 48 hours before a major hurricane hit. She did not cause this problem but jumped in when the selling realtor/lawyer dropped the ball. We would definitely use Carrie again.
