My husband and I were very lucky to work with Carol as our buyer’s agent. We bought an atypical apartment in a New York-style coop in Portland. To make things worse, we bought the place long distance, without seeing it. Without Carol’s expertise and knowledge it would have been impossible to accomplish the purchase. She is a gem.

Carol was an excellent agent for us when we were looking to buy a house in the Portland area. It was a crazy market, and she was very patient with us while we looked at over 50 homes. She was very accessible through phone and email communications. The moment where she went the extra mile was when a wind storm took down a huge tree and destroyed a major part of her home. Despite the stress of that event, she was still able to assist us that day. We eventually found a great home with her help. Her experience and understanding of the market is very thorough, and buyers would be well advised to seek her help in navigating this tricky market.

I had decided I would never find a house when Carol called me in California and asked if I was still interested in Oregon. She sent me some pictures and I agreed to one more visit to tour what she had. One in particular sounded possible, so I saved it for last. We walked into the house and I said 'yes'. In no time, she locked up the offer and I moved in a month later. Thank you, Carol. Would not have a home here without you. Pat M.
