I have worked with many realtors in the past but was truly blown away with Carmen. Her level of knowledge and experience is truly impressive. We constantly encountered major ups and downs throughout our year-long journey, but she constantly resolved each obstacle with clever professionalism and creativity. She was always in control, always had answers, and was highly communicative. We honestly would not have found or closed our home if it weren't for her. Thank you for everything, Carmen!!

For a first time home-buyer, Carmen was not only a great match for my situation but probably over-qualified to help me find a home. I started from scratch having little knowledge of the process or the market but Carmen took the time early on to answer all of my questions, and then some. She always listened to what I was taking in during the search and suggested a variety of properties to view in order to help me narrow down what I really wanted. Carmen was enthusiastic about the process, positive, easy to communicate with, always on time, knew all of the reps, neighborhoods, and complexes, and was only concerned with what would make me happy as a buyer. Would 100% recommend, especially for those looking in the greater Santa Barbara area!

I can’t recommend Carmen enough. If you are looking for someone who is able to understand what you are looking for and guide you through the process, look no further. She has tons of local knowledge, the respect of local realtors, connections with contractors, inspectors and anything you might need for your new home.

Carmen was our agent, as we looked to purchase our first home. She was excellent, and helped us navigate every step of the process. She was always available, regardless of the time or day. She convinced us to go see a house that we originally thought we were uninterested in, but she knew it would be a good fit. It ended up being a home we loved, and ultimately purchased. We strongly recommend Carmen as an agent.

I just want to keep thanking Carmen for all the amazing work she put into my home purchase. She’s a true rockstar and I would use her a hundred times over again. Not a single regret.
