Bree is amazing. We initially bought our property through her years ago, and she handled representing the seller and is as buyers with integrity. She maintained a personal relationship with us and helped us transition into RSF life, and supported our family as we renovated and then sold. Of course we wouldn’t list with anyone else! She handled the sale as we had relocated across the country and made the whole sale seamless and a positive experience once again! Bree is hands down the best agent with experience and knowledge that surpasses anyone else. She works hard for her clients and is successful because she loves her job and her community!

Working with Bree was great. First order of business was to find the right property for me. That step required a great understanding and knowledge of the Rancho Santa Fe market and Bree found me the perfect house. The next step was to get the property rented. We have a long-term tenant all signed on the dotted line.

She is one of the most responsive and attentive people that we've encountered in this business, whether it be days, nights, weekdays or weekends. She's got a strong team which provides good backup and "depth of bench" which is important to keep things moving. She has a great knowledge of the Rancho Santa Fe area, which was helpful to us as we are just learning the community. She also listened to us and was always working to make things go well for our purchase. It was a wonderful pleasure to work with both Bree and her colleague Madison when marketing our home in Rancho for rent. She found tenants for us in days and her wonderful photos and descriptions really helped finding someone quickly.
