Carla is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is a straight beast when it comes to knowing her profession, she is kind and she makes the entire process of buying OR selling fun! Furthermore, she has an incredible network of other professionals you will need to lean on during this process (mortgage broker, title company, photographer, staging). They all have the same work ethic she does - when you contact her, she almost always responds immediately; if she doesn't have an answer for you immediately she lets you know she is on it. Her communication skills and attention to detail take away ALL stress. When you are out in the field looking at houses she somehow makes you feel like you are her only priority despite the fact that she must somehow have to support and respond to other clients the same way she supports and responds to you! If the other party's agent isn't as motivated, skilled or quick to follow up, Carla will take over and make the sale happen. She has a sterling reputation because of her work ethic, morals and sunshiny personality. She knows El Dorado County better than anyone and has great support network in surrounding counties.

We had a great experience working with Carla. We initially had interviewed four different agents before deciding who we'd use to list our home. Her positive energy and experience were what helped us decide to choose her. Her ideas for marketing and staging, as well as all the advice she gave us along the way, were top notch. Always willing to answer our questions, and she never made us feel like she didn't have time for us. She knows El Dorado County well, and she knows how to sell homes! Very personable and professional at the time same. We sold our home in 3 weeks, thanks to Carla.

Carla did an outstanding job assisting us w/ the purchase of our home. Her expertise in the neighborhood was instrumental in determining a competitive purchase price, neighborhood schools & proximity to amenities. She helped us secure seller credits & was friendly, responsive. I highly recommend working with her and will do so again when the opportunity arises!

He searched and searched and would always let us know what was becoming available and what maybe might come on the market soon. He did a fantastic job. We closed on the the house of our dreams yesterday ! So thankful
