Carl did not care if a prospective buyer was qualified. He was our listing agent for six miserable months. 4 contracts failed. He expected us, his clients, to cater to the buyers with concessions since the buyers had no savings. He also tried to force a cash buyer into a sale and that buyer backed out the day before closing. We had moved belongings to storage and after that, our house was no longer "staged". Carl did not check on our vacant property and realtors left utilities on and even clogged our commode. We do not trust realtors now!!!

Carl is very low key and friendly. He really knows this business, and has a team that gets the job done. The process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who will work for you until you are happy.

Carl and his team did an amazing job selling our house. The house is in great shape to some people it might have needed updating. When Carl saw the house he said he would be able to find the right person to love the house as much as we did. He was right. After listing the house, we had an offer within one week and closed on the house 3 weeks later. He was very responsive in answering the many questions that came up after we had a contract on the house. Carl and his team did an amazing job and we would recommend his team to anyone 100%. All I can say is Thank you so much!!
