Carii and Tom--they're a super team!--left us feeling confident that we would be in excellent hands with them after our first meeting. Once we decided to move forward with selling our condo, they got right to it and we signed on the best offer less than a week after going on the market. Carii crafted an excellent approach for the marketing and pricing of our home and then skillfully handled the negotiations and communications with the buyers. Carii Clawson was amazing to work with. Carii knows the market. She listed my condo on Monday and it sold by Friday. Carii knew how to stage my condo, have it photographed, and marketed. Her efforts resulted in my receiving multiple offers. I never thought that selling my condo would be so easy. I even gave her name to my neighbors!
