We are so incredibly grateful for Cara and everything she did to support us through the sale of our home. As first-time sellers, we had a lot of questions, emotions, and uncertainty. Cara guided us through all of it with patience, professionalism, and so much grace. From start to finish, she was there for every detail, every concern, and every unexpected twist. She made us feel heard, supported, and informed every step of the way. Cara knows the market inside and out. She priced our home perfectly, helping it sell quickly and for the highest possible value. That expertise made a big difference. Even though she has many clients, we always felt like we were her only one, how she does it I don’t truly understand. Her level of care and commitment is something truly special. As Cara did a fantastic job selling our home in Illinois, we enlisted her to also represent the sale of my mother's home in Indiana. Both homes were under contract within 3-4 days of listing. Cara is clearly a 5 Star+ Realtor and her team is outstanding and professional also. I highly suggest anyone who needs to sell a home in Illinois but live elsewhere to please contact Cara. She will make the whole process stress free. I got an offer the first week my home was on the market. Cara and her team posted great angles of my home and the pics were so good, I did not even need to stage the home. She responds to all text, emails and phone calls either on the spot or in a timely manner if she is out showing homes. I never had to wait days and hours for a response. Never met her in person and feel like I known her for years. She is just that good and heatwarming and welcoming. Please give Cara a call and make your home sellling journey wasy and stress free!!

Cara and her team were a referral to me when I sold my house in 2021. I’ve worked with Cara two times in the past few years selling my house and most recently my mom’s. She was wonderful both times. She went above and beyond for me both times. She made sure the houses were prepped and great pictures taken before the listings went active. My mother’s house went live and closed in a little over 1 month. Also, after closing was done I realized that I accidentally left my house key for the new people. I texted her to let her know and she was in top of it getting ahold of the selling agent to get ahold of the buyers so I could get my key back. I couldn’t thank her enough for that. She’s was great and I recommend her to anyone/everyone I know looking to sell their house.

Cara is a superwoman! From the first interaction via phone she blew me away. I knew we had found the right person to sell our home. She is so encouraging, patient, understanding, and a realist. She is so responsive and on top of things! She definitely stays two steps ahead. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or had to reach out to her because she kept us in the loop every step of the way. She literally is available 24/7 and that’s coming from someone who moved across the states. She has this amazing energy about her and you can just feel her passion and expertise. She is so knowledgeable in what she does, she is a true hustler. I honestly don't know how she did it, as we were her problem property lol but I am so humbled and grateful that I got an opportunity to work with her and the entire Dulaitis Group as they were all so amazing and professional. Cara literally has ALL the resources and services you need. Anything that needed to happen, be repaired, or completed, etc. Cara was like I know someone or I’ll take care of it. She made our process so smooth and stress free. I truly believe that no one else could have got the job done. Forever grateful!!
