We recently sold our home with the help of Bud Caruso, whom we would like to highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a home in the Crete and surrounding area. Bud is absolutely awesome (I know that this is a catch phrase but awesome is the proper word!) who has been in realty for decades and it “shows” in his incredibly professional manner. Bud understands the “ins and outs” of every aspect of the “deal” and he is an advocate for his clients every step of the way. He gives solid advise based on his complete and well researched understanding of market trends and he stays focussed on all the details. Bud also responds in a very timely manner to every aspect of the “deal” and communicates regularly with you, the client. We really cannot say enough about how impressed we were with Bud’s services. I was so lucky to find Bud when I was buying my first home. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly responsive. I’ll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing but he was so helpful and made the process fun! A few years later my fiancé was ready to put his house on the market so I recommended Bud. He met with us at home, which was so convenient. Within 2 days the house was under contract for asking price. It was painless! He’s an absolutely great guy to work with.
