I am an engineer, which means that I usually make decisions based off of a set of specifications. For our house that meant, fire hazard zone, flood zone, school district, pollution scores, traffic noise, walk-ability scores, indoor VOC levels, etc. Brittney helped us figure out exactly what neighborhood would be best for us and what strategy would help us get into that neighborhood. She had answers to questions that I didn't even know that I had. She did this all of this while being incredibly patient with my 100's of questions, helping us imagine a remodel and navigate complicated permitting issues. She was honest and steered us away from homes that I know she could have made a bigger commission on because she cared about how that specific house did or didn't fit our needs as a family. If I could give more stars on this review I would. Thanks Brittney.

We can't imagine a better realtor than Brittney! Her knowledge of Ventura (and surrounding areas) was extensive -- she could provide insights about neighborhoods, housing conditions, and schools. She listened to our needs and wants and helped steer us towards the communities and houses that matched our desires. When we found the house we knew we wanted, she crafted an offer that was incredibly strong even though it was under asking. And we got the house because of her knowledge and skills. But that's only the start of working with Brittney. Through inspections, financing, and contingencies, she has been amazing. Lining up those services, getting bids, and then negotiating more than what we could have imagined in credits. While we hope that we've found our dream home, any time we're buying or selling again, we'll be coming back to Brittney. We cannot recommend her enough!

We are so happy we enlisted Brittney to sell our home in Ventura. From staging advice to a detailed marketing plan to expert negotiation, she brought a wealth of experience and calm to what could have been a stressful time. We very much appreciated having Brittney help and lead us through the process of finding a home that was the right home for our family. She has invaluable knowledge of local neighborhoods and understanding of the communities. We never once felt rushed or persuaded into a property. Her level of professionalism was obvious when dealing with other agents or inquiring about properties at open houses. I will recommend Brittney to all of my friends or family looking for a home in the Ventura/Ojai area.

Brittney is the only realtor we’ll ever use. She knows more than the contractors and inspectors and is very knowledgeable about the housing markets she works in. She is very responsive and professional and she makes the home buying process stress-free.
